Terms and Conditions

We want to ensure your special day is organised ahead of time and stress free. Below we have outlined our general terms of service for weddings and events. A full copy of our terms and conditions will be provided along with your quote. 

Quotes and Invoices

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • We cannot hold dates or provide tentative bookings.

  • A non refundable 10% deposit must be made upon confirmation and approval of the event contract. 

Booking confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed upon electronic signature of these terms +
    conditions as well as receipt of an initial non-refundable 10% payment.

  • This initial payment is non-refundable. It is compensation for our work
    done and materials ordered. This is required to secure our services for your date as it
    prevents us from booking another event on the same date.

  • This payment will be deducted from the total balance.

Payment Terms

  • The balance owing on your order is due 10 days prior to your wedding or event date.

  • We cannot deliver any items or event designs without final confirmation of
    payment receipt.

  • Payments should be made by bank transfer. 

Flower Selection

  • We will do our best to meet your requests, and will factor in your colour scheme and preferences before the day. 

  • If example photos have been provided by the client, and included into an estimate, the images and flowers will be used as a guide only.

  • All attempts will be made to source the colour and types of flowers requested. Please understand that flowers and other floral materials are seasonal and that prices may vary.
